Armory owned by William F. Brooks and William W. Marston. Made guns were sold under the name Phoenix Armory as well as Union Arms Co., which was a trademark used by Marston.

The 1062 Lucius H. Gibbs carbines were made in the Phoenix Armory in 1863 prior to a fire. See Lucius H. Gibbs.
